The girls from Task PR have come together for our biggest challenge yet – we are running the Race for Life! To support an amazing charity we will be donning our running gear on the 7th July and running 5k in aid of Cancer Research UK.
We have been busy fundraising and wanted to dedicate this post to everyone who has supported us so far, we have had a phenomenol response and our original target of £500 has been well and truly blown out of the water and we have now raised over £1000!
Last night we threw a fabulous fundraising event at our office which was a massive success! We baked a selection of homebakes for our ‘Task PR Bake-Off’ which had disappeared within half an hour of opening, made delicious summer cocktails, offered sweet and savoury snacks and even had a summer shoe sale which proved extremely popular! All of the proceeds from the night went to the charity and in total we raised £750 from the night!
A huge THANK YOU from the whole team to everyone who came along and showed their support, we are so grateful for everyone’s donations!
Now we just need to ‘Run Task Run’! Wish us Luck…
