Work Out Wednesday was in full swing at Task HQ yesterday, armed with our Yogamatters and Sibberi Birch water, we were prepped for our Yoga session with founder and owner of Style PB; Natalie. Natalie is also a trained yoga teacher, which meant we were lucky enough to get in an hour yoga session in before work at 9.30am, leaving us all feeling very zen for the rest of the day!
